2. Upload Your Photo
Choose a clear and well-lit close-up photo of your pet from your camera roll, computer, or social media. It's important to choose a sharp, bright, high-resolution image, ideally from your pet's eye-level and with their face clearly visible. Refer to our recommendations below for further guidance.
We carefully review all submitted photos before starting work and we'll let you know if there are any issues with your uploaded image that might prevent us from creating the most pawsome pet portrait possible based on your chosen theme.
3. Place Your Order
Select your product options and extras, then proceed to our secure online checkout. As soon as we receive your order, our talented digital artists will get to work to transform your photo into a unique digital masterpiece!
Keep in mind that the designs featured on our website are for reference only. We don't use cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all templates. Your finished pet portrait will match your chosen theme, but every image we produce is a carefully crafted one-of-a-kind creation designed to capture your pet's unique character and charm!
We'll email you a proof of your artwork within 3-5 days for you to review. You can request edits, if needed. Once you're completely happy, we will supersize your finished design and email your high-resolution custom digital pet portrait right away for you to share with the world! Need your portrait in a hurry? Select our Fast Track service and receive your initial design proof the next working day!
